Al Gore just bought a new house... His fourth, by the way.

One of these homes consumes the equivalent of 200 average American homes.

He needs lots of homes because he travels so much (often by private jet)...

His latest home is an ocean villa set in 15 acres (not worried about rising sea levels, Al?)... It has a swimming pool, spa and fountains. It boasts 5 bedrooms and NINE bathrooms...

But don't worry - Al lives a 'carbon neutral' lifestyle... he buys carbon credits to offset his footprint. And he buys them from a company he is the chairman of and profits from.

Yes, every difficulty has a good side, hehe... About Al Gore, and most of politicians, the problem is that in place of bringing peace between opponents in any matters, they like to say "i am the only one to understand you against these other people", to arise conflicts... up to the point the only issue will be to create new administrations with, of course, new "presidents" and administration councils, to get new income for themselves...

The whole world taxes go into this mecanism of administration growing, and basic public services receive less and less money...

This brings people unsatisfied, so they follow more easily the politician who say "i understand your problem and to protect your interests we must create a new administration, which i will be the controler"...

And most of people follow like lambs, to create these useless growing snowballs.

This happens in Belgium now, but also in most countries...

Karl Popper, the late, great philosopher of science, noted that for something to be called scientific, it must be, as he put it, “falsifiable.†That is, for something to be scientifically true, you must be able to test it to see if it’s false. That’s what scientific experimentation and observation do. That’s the essence of the scientific method. Unfortunately, the prophets of climate doom violate this idea. No matter what happens, it always confirms their basic premise that the world is getting hotter. The weather turns cold and wet? It’s global warming, they say. Weather turns hot? Global warming. No change? Global warming. More hurricanes? Global warming. No hurricanes? You guessed it.

Average ocean temperature higher = more clouds = more rain/snow

Less north pole ice = less cold water diving into the deep of the oceans = slowing of surface streams from warm seas to north countries= more extreme winters in countries around north oceans...

Away from this basic mechanisms, many theories, but too much opposite to be clear...
