My record label ISM has teamed up with Bill Brewster and DJ History to give you the chance to remix Odysseys "Inside Out". The winning mix will be put out on ISM and be available to buy on DJ history itself.

The Competition is open to anyone and is a real opportunity to get your sound heard and to remix such a legendary song with recordings of individual parts from the forthcoming album.

It will be judged by myself, Yam Who? and Bill Brewster.

Here is the DJ history page

Competition will end on Sunday April 10th. All entries need to be in by then.

The winner(s) will have their mix released by ISM as well as sold in the DJhistory download store.

ooh - might have a wee go at this for fun (no expectation of winning - but it's good to play about with other people's tracks) Dubstep version? Or gabba version? ; )

DUB sound good!

has got midi keyboard here so might give it a go..

I take it 'anything goes' for this one Sean?

Yes Ian anything goes but obviously the parts are their for a reason so creative use of those will be preferred. We know were gonna get loads of entries where people are just gonna stick the vocals over beats that they already have so we want to hear a bit more than that old trick, know what I mean...

Hope you enjoy having a go at this, we just finished Ashley Beedle's native new yorker mix on Thursday I dropped it on Friday got a huge response. (not mastered it yet but hop to by the end of the week).

Also if you know any promoters up your way interested in booking Odyssey let me know. We have just done 3 shows to sell out crowds in London and Birmingham in the last month and looking to do loads more once the Albums finished.

Oh didn't intend going too crazy - I think a remix should always be true to the original (and anyway I hate gabba)

You just missed a good promoter by about a year - my friends were running a brilliant disco night but packed it in to start a family!! Will have a think though
