:) It's good to share info to my friend and I'm always glad if someone can use it for his/her benefit. Here are some links for someone who is a foreigner and wants to start his/her business in Thailand. It's better to start with a right choice.

Good luck :D

Or just invest your money in a country that supports foreigners.

If not, get a Thai to be the head/face of the company as an advisor. Compared with other countries, Thailand is extremely unfriendly towards foreign enterprises, and offers little to no clear support (even if you speak the language).

If you're "kind of not sure, maybe thinking about, getting your feet wet" in investing in your own Thai business, my advice after 7+ years of doing business here is to invest in another country. After that, take some of the money you made and have a nice vacation in Thailand.

Haha I do accept your opinion Japamerican. However, if someone wants to start his/her business here so it's better to get useful info before making a decision. I've no excuses of the unefficiency of all supporting from Thai government as I can't change it so I can only show the guideline of positive and negative sides.

Thanks again for your comment ^__^

I agree with you 100%. Too many people get into business here without the most basic knowledge of Thailand needed. If i didn't have Thai partners, I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to have any success in this country.

I love your informative posts by the way. Thanks!
