(2) Rarely

(3) Sometimes

(4) Often and

(5) Very often

  • You spend a lot of time thinking about Facebook or plan use of Facebook.
  • You feel an urge to use Facebook more and more.
  • You use Facebook to forget about personal problems.
  • You have tried to cut down on the use of Facebook without success.
  • You become restless or troubled if you are prohibited from using Facebook.
  • You use Facebook so much that it has had a negative impact on your job/studies.

Scoring “often” or “always” on at least four of the seven items may suggest that you are addicted to Facebook.

I don't have a Facebook account and never will, so I don't waste my time on crap.

If anything, I occasionally burn the midnight oil on TF,

It's a nice feeling to be able to live my life without big brother knowing what products I like, buy OR use,

Besides, facebook gets all that information from my wife, lol

I don't get Pinterest. I mean, I understand the point. I just don't understand why so many people like it. Then again, according to PC Mag, 97% of the people who "Like" Pinterest's FB page are women. I think it appeals to a different type of mindset than mine.
