I am not feeling well today. I got a cold for such a few days..seem it is worst than before.. The medecine was not help. It was just only made me sleepy all the time (especially at work..hehehe)

How is medecine work well if i stay in the air-con room all day long and only sleep 6 hr a days ??

Do u guys has any idea to throw it out ( I mean cold) I dont like when I am sick .. seem my brain work delay and also no energy at all..

same same a' p' Beer. me and once of my friend here we catch a cold also. I'm breathing like fish yesterday. today bit better wah ... our housekeeper is cute she prepair medecine for us. and didn't make me sleepy too, hahaha (not sleepy kind).

same case happened to me ..every time when itz rain i would just down with flu and cold.. but itz stop after i start to drink(beer, wine) every evening...I think it help..in my case hehehe.

Combine two raw eggs with soy sauce, garlic, and hot water. Do not stir. Drink all of it at once.
