After a few beer from the local Family Mart we headed out for our adventure. We found one in the a few soi's down the street. Racing pass all the "hello welcomes" we made it to the door - finally! We all started to walk inside until I came the door. A little Thai guy about 5'4 stopped me and blurted something in Thai, I normally would understand but he had a Southern accent. I realized that he wasn't letting me

  7. Weird I can't edit my entry. I promised myself that would take more pictures as part of my resolution, but it seems that my photography eye needs a jump start. To put it in a picture this is kinda like how my day was - man I'm spaced out right now. ...random thought. I don't admit to crying in movie theaters, but I do. One movie in particular: A Walk To Remember. It's a total chick flick but I wanted to see it, since one of my favorite bands (Switchfoot) was in the soundtrack and how eloquently God was show throughout the movie. The plot: Landon is the popular guy in school that doe
  8. When I'm back home, if I'm not walking around in the supermarket for 2 hours only to come out with a carton of milk, I would be in Chinatown. I took this picture of my friend Miko, just before I left.

  10. I joined TF, so I could get more exposure to my ethnic background. So far it's been great, even though I've never attended an event or met anyone personally. I didn't know, nor do I consider this a dating site. I just put 2 and 2 together Thailand<->Friends; I'm Thai and I like friends!
  11. The movie makes you wanna hug a tree.
  12. I saw Avatar a few days ago and loved every bit of it. But when that guy started talking about Unobtanium and how it cost $20 million a kilo back home, I couldn't stop thinking about how the economy and inflation would be in 2154! I mean when you think about it, especially the way things are going now for the might (puny) U.S. Dollar; I think with $20 million, I might be able to buy a Slurpee from 7-11 or a Happy Meal.

  17. And here it comes again, New Year’s resolution time. Every year we start to make their resolutions, let it be from losing weight to getting out of debt, either way it’s a promise that that we make to ourselves. Last year I made a resolution to spend more time to with my parents rather than going out with my friends. That resolution broke as soon as I boarded that plane to Afghanistan. This year I want to keep some my resolutions in arms reach. Resolution # Uno: Continue to stay active and live a healthy lifestyle. So far I’ve been doing great on my diet and exercise (Muay Thai).
