It's been a very long time since I posted here, but I wanted to let everyone know about a new company we are starting that will teach English online in Thailand. It started because I realized that I was complaining about the level of English here without actually doing anything about it! I didn't want to be that guy, so I sat down with some friends to figure out a way to improve the level of English across Thailand. There are a lot of great English teachers spread across the world, but it's quite difficult to organize them into strong groups. Via our website and our in house English curriculum (which was developed by Master's Graduates from the US and UK), we are currently organizing these groups to create the best online English school there is in Thailand. English Gang provides one on one English classes done over the Internet for children ages 4-12. The curriculum is great in that it makes teaching easy for the teacher, and the students love the English Gang cute cartoon characters. The screen shows the curriculum in PDF form, the teacher and the student live on video! Parents can choose from a large menu of teachers, then they just book a time and come back online during their scheduled class for their kids! Our teachers are all native English speakers with at least a Bachelor's Degree, and a minimum of 3 years teaching experience. The students can be anywhere from just starting out up to the intermediate level. It's a great way to learn ESL online in Thailand, and it helps to build confidence in speaking English that will be necessary for the students' future.
