No need to get all drama. It seems like the right thing to so is letting the embassy/immigration office know (not because of a revenge) to protect yourself, that you are no longer a visa guarantee so you are no longer a contact person, nor is responsible for her future mess in your country. Simple really. But depends on nature of relationship, if you intend to keep friendship with your ex gf and wish her for the best, i do not see why should you ruin it for her. but i also doubt if you would be able to revoke her visa just because she is no longer your girlfriend.
