Alien scrap metal sculptures?

we saw the coolest (i thought anyway) scrap metal "Alien" movie character sculptures in Pattya, then in Samui, but by the time i decided i wanted to buy one we were in Koh Tao. does anyone know if theres a shop in BKK or Patong? I'm GONNA gonna gonna buy me one this trip! Even if she thinks they're stupid.

I've seen these on a market stand under the stairs of Asoke BTS, MRT side... If not the busier stands near soi 13 up to soi5 will surely have them.

The guy that makes them has a shop / workshop on the road out of North Chaweng, on the way to the airport.

Various models of both the Alien, and Predator creatures. Some about eight feet tall.

Not cheap to ship via Bangkok Airways I imagine.

bit wrong to talk about "the guy" who makes these. there are a lot of guys making these. tourists dig them, and probably a few thai guys (the ones with Serpico on their mudflaps probably).

go to any tourist-oriented market in any city or beach town in thailand and you can't throw a rock and miss 'em in various sizes.
