kolsk
Could a Thai speaker please correct me on the following ? I have been looking up the Thai words to express 'minimal pairs' as I am currently teaching phonics to improve student listening/ reading/ pronunciation. Minimal pairs are two words that have a subtle difference in pronunciation e.g. cat/bat ship/sheep and so on. Anyway, the translation I've cobbled together is น้อย คู่ and as much as my prathom students take great satisfaction from my endeavours to write Thai on the board I like to get it correct as they are all too eager to run up front and give me a short, sharp lesson in writing Thai Thanks in advance ;-)
