BKKJack
Can anyone recommend a reliable repair shop for laptops/desktops where English is fairly well spoken and understood by the repair personnel? I recently had my laptop repaired at Pantip Plaza (Platong Computers 4th floor), but it was extremely difficult to communicate with the repair staff. Thanks

For Macs, you're pretty much stuck with the iStudio guys.
Admin_2
Fortune Town on Ratchada is my choice for computer repairs...I can't stand Pantip because of its location. I got water all over my macbook, and they fixed it without any issue...price was right as well. I'm not sure how their English is, but I can't imagine that it's much better than your Pantip dudes. Do you have a Thai friend with decent English that can accompany you for short time?
