Well!!So we should be eat the healthier food for keep good fitness and the health.Healthier

foods so good for the weight loss.I like these foods for the weight loss like, vegetarian foods,

fruits,pasta and the dry fruits.Health is wealth because with out of the health we cant properly

any work in the life.

Yeah of course health is wealth. For you the most important thing must be the health and fitness.

Keep yourself involve in healthy activities, eat healthy and balanced foods to be healthy and to fight against the diseases.

Also do some exercise or play some sport to enhance your fitness level, body strength, and to stop the attacks of diseases.
