Yeah, i sometimes use that site to work out new routines ect. Some useful info.

I'm currently bench pressing with 40 kg d.b's. Managed 10 reps, then 7, then 5. This is my best so far.

For some reason when pressing using Smiths machine [should be easier?], i can only manage 10 reps with 75 kg. I guess the bar will weigh a few k's. Just doesn't feel the same.

PS I was just about to set off for my local gym, when i had a text saying that they've had a flood! Was up for a good session...and going to the gym!
