0 KhunKo
For me for sure it's the former Country Roads in Soi Thonglor. I forgot the present name. Issan food, Japanese, Live Music , Karaoke and a cozy bar. Try it, you'll like it.

0 JCBoston
My favorite isn't in Bangkok. Does Nonthaburi count? Suan Thip in Pak Kret is AWESOME. Great food and beautiful grounds right on the Chao Phraya. You have your choice of indoor dining, tables in the garden, or truly Thai-style in a sala (although I generally can't stand up after dinner in a sala).
