zeusbheld Posted January 22, 2005 Report Share Posted January 22, 2005 seems persistence pays off, and my genius is being recognized... the girl to whom i wrote the poems has called... the conversation was something about 'stopping with the awful poems', but we know she was being humble and no in this case means yes, right? besides clearly she has a fondness for the history of words... how clever of her to use the old meaning of awful--that is, full of awe or awe inspiring... anyway, speaking of inspiring, i was inspired to write another... soon i will have enough to guarantee me another nobel prize (my first of course was in physics for proving that a watched pot *does* boil)... roses is red horseshit smells bad to steal your panties would be totally rad Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
