CuTieGirL
My last book read : Vanished By Karen Robards Everything seems ok through out the stories. But then it just ends so unnoticingly and all secret reveals all in 5 pages of the back. Reading the book is like enjoying the breezy horseback riding in a lazy afternoon...then you saw a wall and have to immediately stopped. :? bkkris
American Pastoral. A wonderful book. Before that, Tuesdays with Morrie. A quick and recommended read, especially for Thai people, because it is relatively easy and I think the subject matter will appeal.

PJack
I read Aphrodite journal and postings. every chance I get. does that count? private dancer should be mandatory reading for guys coming here for that stuff (only). Thai women and the realities of Thai culture are difficult to understand and grasp cause people are so friendly and superficial and easy to be around. In the end the Thai bar girl scene is very simple. If you dont play there with full control and no illusions of your motivation (and hers) then you will run a story like private dancer. OK. honestly, i am reading the new Aung San Suu Kyi biorgraphy. The Chris Baker Thailand History book and lots of stuff for Vietnam cause I gotta go there next week for few weeks of work.
