Farang do anything for there wives, they are gentle and helpfull at all times. They build a castle if they can. They clean the house and do the laundry. Even buy them a new car. But how sad.... so often are they betrayed and loose all there money and have a broken heart.

So..... who is smart? The Thai guy or the farang?

:o is that true?

off course ... jing jing !!! especially those of us who have been divorced before ... we r even more devoted, gentle, loving and helpful. in fact it's hard to think where u could find a better life time partner than a bitter ripped off farang guy who despises farang biatches with a passion ... but be warned .. they r not easy to find, so if u do get one ... treasure him !!!

f*cking objection your honor... defense is clearly self promoting

Sustained. Will the dishonourable counsel for the defence refrain from blatant self promotion and obvious misinformation.

f**king twats the pair of U !!!

Absolutely right Cherie...sorry but every race and culture has good and bad guys AND girls.

The thing is that when you are single you are in (more or less) total control of your life (I am talking about single guys or girls not in a relationship). As soon as you get a bf/gf things change - they HAVE to - now you have someone that you WANT to impress and look after, so you tend to try harder during the promotio period (as Neung puts it - accurately in a way too :) ) after that time, you get engaged or maybe straight to married, and then things do change a lot.

The hard work starts - now you are directly responsible for each other - you spend EVERY night together - all night - no romantic little breaks - when he or she snores or farts in bed, when the rubbish needs to be taken out, when all the other little annoying domestic crapstarts to impinge on your lovely romantic life...it saps the romance right out of it.

The defence is that you grow and learn together. The biggest and best thing you can do is communicate - TALK to each other - always! Talk about anything and everything...and always be open to understanding of each other.

Good luck.

Greer

I actually think that.. the promotion doesnt really change anyone..

Maybe that person is like that from the beginning..

but we've never known that.

Money and power didnt change anyone..

They just expand what that person has inside..

Never been married so not know exactly but thoughts that...everything is based on understanding, communication, caring, loving and so on. Couple life may not have a happily ever after like fairy tales do. At the end of our day will last with only best friend that we do needed. So many conditions, patterns in life what they have doing for each other as the promotion or whatever so called we will never understand their relationship. It?s dependency/interdependence, benefits for the both parties.

How come the 'can you pull my finger' still exists now that we're married, I thought that's only on bf/gf and engaged stage
