Pop is doing great. he can put a little weight on his leg, and is moving pretty good with his walker.
He gets pretty nervous if im not right there. whenever i go to the restroom. he says hurry...doesnt want me far from him.
Weather is getting nice here. dont even have to wear a coat most of the time. We get all 4 seasons here. any day now the green will start to show. very pretty here in the spring.
The doctor put pop on a diet. Im doing it too. that makes it easier for pop. I like it. im a
well he actually came home on thurs. we are doing the diet thing together ( required for pop). took me 4 days to come up with a menue and 3 hours at the grocery store ( reading nutrition lables). lol...lol. so im doing the cooking, cleaning, dishes, bills, taxi pop to his appointments, and working. very long days...lol.
ok, he is going to drive me crazy...lol. do this, do that, what time is it, im cold, im hot, get me dressed, get me undressed, ect. its a pretty good time but gets a little tir
looks like pop is comming home on wednesday. im really excited. he will need alot of care cause still cant get around very good. but i like taking care of him.

pop is doing alot better. at the hospital here in town. starting to walk with his walker, can go about 30 feet. still pretty shaky though.
pop is a pretty big deal in my life. i am fortunate that i get to take care of him. its pretty lonly at home without him. we pretty much go everywhere together.
he is a tough old bird though. he has had it rough with health problems.
i call him an old goat...lol...lol.
sorry everyone, was away for a while. pop fell on the ice and broke his hip. took him to the hospital. then he had a heart attack. got transfered to a bigger hospital, 3 hours away. stayed at the hospital with him so i could care for him. doing alot better now. is back at our home town hospital. cant come online alot cause i need to take care of him. will answer messages as often as i can.
