Dear Journal,So far I've been able to publish something every month with "The Cat's Meow for Writers and Readers Ezine". No money, but a 3 inch byline; for now that is enough until my New Years Resolution kicks in. "Cat's..." is an intellectual and literary ezine full of tips on health, mental and physical and has poetry, short story and essay. This month among the other writers, will be my essay on Edgar Allan Poe, next month being Afro-History month and the month of Valentines Day in the U.
Dear Journal,Last year my goal was to be published; no money, but being in print has its own rewards. If a publisher takes time to put you in print, give you a by-line it has to be worth something. This year's goal is money, from being in print, and to win a writing contest.Dear sweet Journal, it is said that the first step in setting a goal is to write it down so that it can be seen and then be achieved.
