does anyone have any suggestions on travel while im out there on taxis buses etc, will i be targeted as a new farang and prices raised any tips appreciated

so its only 7 weeks till me and my mates trip getting down the thai basic language and got a decent list of the places were gonna visit some touristy some of track in the countries were visiting
any suggestions of other less know attractions would be helpful

this is a beautiful salmon gravalax recipe, good for with salads or as a starter
1 side of salmon
300gm rock salt
700 gm sugar
4 lemon zests
2 lime zests
blitz salt sugar lemon and lime zests in a food processor or pestle and mortar
10 beetroots peeled
blitz beetroot in processor
seperate liquid from pulp
add pulp to sugar mix
add 2 tbls of fennel and 5 tbls of pepper
lie out salmon skin down on cling film
cover salmon with mix
wrapup tightly
refridgerate for two days

ingrediants
12 egg yolks
150 gms sugar
dash of white wine
1 pint of dbl cream 100gms sugar
1/2 kg of mascapone cheese
lady finger buiscuits, bought or i can give you a recipe(trifle biscuits)
mixture of port,brandy,madeira and coffee up to a pint (play with this to get a good taste everyones a little different)
whisk the eggs, sugar and wine over a boiling pan of water,it will almost double in size check taste
as i noticed on here that it is mostly thai content i thought id let you see a little of my food gonna start posting dishes ive created or if you have any questions ill be happy to help if you wanna tell me more about your food i love to learn more
