Last week I've making a jounal about I learn cooking the bakery on the internet, then I have an idea to cook a homemade bread for my bf, because where we stay is in the middle no where some time bread we bough run out we have to ride a bike abt 10 mins to 7/11 and some time lazy to go. Then today is a good day not too hot and not rain hehe and perfect time to start my Homemade Bread !!!!
Recipes :
1. Dry Yeast 2 1/4 tea spoon
2. Purpose Flavour 3 cup
3. Sult 1 tea spoon
4. Milk 1/2 cup
I've been thinking about how to make bakery so difficult, after this week not have much booking on my website so Im thiking abt do some thing new.

Last week I had lose my wallet, so few days ago I have to go to government station call Aumpher to do my new ID card.
I have appt. with my landlord which she promise me to help me to sign grantee me ( It rule on Thailand) at 9 am. Every think sem fine the staff at Aumpher gave us the form to fill the information. After I fill the form she told me to wait until they call me to go take a picture.
The staff start interview me with my document I gave to them ( My passport and My Certificate
