Hi everyoneWell i have not been on thailandfriends for weeks. I took a week to try and start an online business (still not finished) but before i got it all up and running my internet company decided to disconect my internet connection. It has taken me over 2 weeks to get it back and working again. It has been a crazy 2 weeks lots of calls to internet company make me crazy. But I am back online now and hope to find out what all my friends have been up toon the good side with all the extra time i have had i have started some fitness training again and i have lost some weight about 3 kilo just in 1 week so i will try to keep it uptake care everyone 

same here...it was dropped for 30 hour 'cause i didn't pay the bill. lol

3 kgs in a week ? Quite impressing ! Ok tell me what to do what to intake any special formula?
