After they goofed and spent the monies..........and then they're forced to cut costs.........layoffs and cut here and there...........all big companies do this , it's a matter of survival and to be able to compete.....

I remember working in Japan, our entire section of 7 people was completely done work five hours into our shift, but had so sit at our desks quietly pretending to work for three hours (reading a book was not allowed, but the newspaper was OK) to protect our jobs.

But I digress: Tipmasp -- I'm a little confused. Were people laid off as punishment, because the system cost so much, or because the system ultimately worked so less people were needed. Or was it to force you guys to figure out how to gain the efficiencies they expected?

Thanks khun lung, afook06, bkkris, waza,Paulgh3rd, Aphrodite for share idea.

The boss is alway right. it's correct. Some manager said our employee should have job secure (can work in other company and don't think work in this company until retire)

The boss give reason for layoff is reduce cost and the program will run report and anything instead people.

I heard Erison company have same story.

There are two basic rules of the office:

1. The boss is always right.

2. When the boss is wrong, refer to rule No. 1 above.

{Khun_lung Mike} You're so true kha. :)) Still miss you...
