My Monday .... ( -*- )It was really bad today at work People here made me moody I have to leave that feeling of happy weekend behind and back to work There are many people that I have to contact and most of them Really hard to find ... difficult than looking for a pin in the sea When I call the operator just said he is not here would you like to leave the message ??? I just ohh again ... I leave about 1000 messages but I still get any call back Also the computer engineering at the office make me feel really mad today Last 2 weeks he came to check my pc and said my pc got virus So I asked him to scan and format my pc before my boss come backI remember for sure I told him more than 3 time in this 2 weeks to come to fix my pc but everytime he always said he is busy can not do that Until today when i get to work I saw him with my boss . They are landing the wireless for my boss laptop and then he asked me when i am gonna free then he will come to fix my pc and what make me mad at him is he said that in front of my boss Make me feel like he really not respect to me . After that he walked out in front of me Make me feel like I wanna kick him so much . Then he came back so I asked him again Can he fixed it's today ? he just give me ugly smile and say nothing I am really mad with him that time so i just said " Ask you to reply me not smile to me " Then he stoped that and said he will come to fix in the afternoon . Then I went to see him in the afternoon and he said 3 hours is not enough for fixing pc actually we have 4 hours before finish work but he always leave 1 hour before to pick up his daugther from school.I know i should be nice for that reason but this time I would like to ask him what is his job . But I dont cos I can not mean to the kid, it's not me. Then I tell him come to fix it tomorrow. Also I will tell him find me a spare pc too Cos it's his fault that he doesnt come to fix my pc last 2 weeks Anyway I will see. I can be so mean with people who mean to me but if people nice to me i will treat them really nice that is me . Bad Bad Bad Bad Monday !!!!!!!!!!!Tomorrow we will see !!!!  Face to face "><"

Take a deep breath and let it out slowly. Focus on what you can control next time send an email from your co-workers desk. This gives you a witness that you had ask him weeks ago to fix your computer. Also CC a copy to your own computer and your bosses asisstant. Now that takes the pressure off of you. Enjoy Tuesday!! That's not really show that you're really need it to be fixed. I think you just pissed off because your boss is back, otherwise you'd not mind waiting for another week. I had problem with IT dept many times but again they're serving everyone and there are about 30 of them whom serve 1500 staffs. So I tried to understand them. If anything I can wait then I wait but if I had to get it done in a day then I must have them do it for me. And I'm pretty sure that you can get it done before one week if you try hard enough. ( At my co we have Virtualtech site that you can raise ticket and so it will track and show in system if you raised ticket and no IT staff contact you within 3 days. But if it's really urgent then I ring them and refer to my ticket number).

Lillydilly: I dont have any problem with him.. One thing that i dont like is he always pound that he is the smartest in the company and always talk bad behind the back .. I know this cos he used to talk to me about on Prof. who come for seminar... that is really bad I just say ... hummm hummm and ok I have to go .. that's all maybe this make him doesnt like me cos I am not agree with what he said ... so i think it's useless to meet this kind of people .

kanikani : Because this is PC in the company ... So people will not do someone job kha. Everybody has job and the company pay him to do this. Even we have another people who can fix but it's not their job to do as we have a person who work for this job already kha ... Thank you for comment na kha
