Well I finally had my interview for the position of lieutenant today and I think I did pretty well. Funny thing was that "none" of the material I had studied for was on this interview (policies ect.). Most of the interview simply pertained to mangement and dealing with staff. Hopefully I'll be able to secure one of the positions....it's time to move up (oh, and the money is certainly better!!!!). I guess we'll see.Aloha
