I remember a TV commercial for TDK cassette tapes (yes a "while ago") and they had a similar theme...but it had sketches on cards and as the music played, he dropped the card to reveal the next lyric...the idea was that he THOUGHT that was what they said, but of course if he had TDK cassettes....
