Wednesday's 5 (actually 20) Min Sketch:I personally really enjoyed this challenge 'childhood memories'. At first I wondered what the hell I could draw in 5 mins that would be a fond memory of my childhood. Unlike some previous titles which required serious thought about the interpretation of the title, this one was easy for me.From the age of ten, I wanted to be a professional skateboarder (you can imagine my parents' delight at the news!!) and I would sit at the back of the classroom sketching out all the tricks and new moves I could practise...and imagined myself on the front cover of 'Skater' Magazine (a big deal for a ten year old skater... although I'm sure my folks would have wished that I aspired to Time's or Newsweek's front cover)

'childhood memories'

3043749608_160eac9957_o.jpg...loved the trip down memory lane, Mdm Gray's French class with my mate Mark, mapping out our strategy for fame as skaters :) He's now an Actuary in London and I work in consultancy...neither made it to stardom on the halfpipe ramp :)ps great topic title - well chosen Chatrarat!! :)

Eddie You Cheated!

Tell me which kind of drug you took to draw such the perfect sketches in five mins?!!

You disappeared for all the day and come back with the work that shocked me :P

Very and Very nice actions of the skateboard guy!

Amazing!

but can you play skateboard any?

bp - I wish I could draw that fast - it took 20 minutes :) ...but I could have easily spent the entire day on it :)

C - no drugs...just cheated with time :) Was in Munich today at a customer so was away the whole day :) I used to skateboard all the time...but wouldn't even consider it now, it's a guaranteed journey to hospital :)
