My block is this amazingly talented creation at address http://w3.mict.go.th/ which is supposed to give you explanation that the website you tried to access has been blocked. Well, in true Thai government style, the whole website has been for a year under construction now.  None of the following pictures can be considered material that has lead for the afore mentioned site to  be blocked. That picture is something different and not repeated here.
