I heard people say about shopping therapy. It would just if you have ready fund to support it but not for me.    

I found shopping was a real stresses today when I went seeking for the new sneaker which must be multi-purpose  type as I m not an athletic but I use sport shoes for some different sport like fitness, aerobic, body combat and recently badminton and also sometimes use when traveling.  The most difficult part is when you found ‘the one’ you like are more than one with limited budget.  .

I wont tell here that which one I picked ..
