I understand how the feeling of forigner when we speak Thai to each other but they don't understand Thai..

that feeling came to me last night.. I had invited for dinner with some friends who come from holland and belgium... It was nice to met them all.. but i feel a bit headache what they were talking about (in ducth).. cuz i don't understand any word of ducth...(in fact.. i would like to learn it but it is too difficult for me for now)

they were speak English as well.. but that time.. i was a bit headache already..hahaha.. and my english is not good ... (i need some alcohol to speak (english) up..hahaha..but sadly no alcohol last night.. then i was too quiet)

well...that time i really need Thai friends.. who can speak Thai to me last night...I feel a bit strange among Europien..

I understand u guys for now.. how u feel when u don't understand Thai.. so.. I will try not speak Thai when I going out with you guys..

and plz don't tease or gossip me in ducth or german...plzzzzz..

It is boring when you are in the company of other people and they speak their own language.

As I live in Thailand I don't mind being around Thais when they speak thai because I can understand some of what is being said. As for any other languages, I totally switch off as I have no interest in learning them.

(Belgian) Beer ..... lol ... what kind of company u had ......... U never speak another language in front of other ppl, when they don't understand what u r saying ... probably u meet the bad Belgians and Dutch, impolite, rude (there r a few) hahahahahaha.

haha i know the feeling when I went to Belgium all Boecky friends spoke in Dutch when I spoke in English with and in Thai with my best friend (his wife) .. Dutch is interesting language similar to German so thats why i could guess some Dutch words

Dutch and German are not the same: German is a dialect of Dutch, which is a dialect of Flemish ....... hahahaha
