First of all, I havent actually had my songkran yet. I havent gone out and gone wild. I havent got myself wet. So pls dont call me a loser as someone did. I just dont like to get wet when im outside. I guess im just being weird i dont know.. i dont really care anyway.

Anyway, I was supposed to go to Cambodia since Wednesday (13.04.05) well its always a long story why i couldnt make it. ok heres the story...

14.04.05 : got up at 4 am got dressed and ready to meet my sweetie at Victory Monument around 5am. firstly i couldnt help wondering why we had to get on the bus this early. well this is a very special bus he said. and u know what it only costed us thb100 each (round trip) to go to cambodia's border (srakaew province). sooooooooo cheap huh?!

we got there around 10pm. i couldnt believe how hot it was! OMG!!!!!! i thought it could be about 40 c out there! too hot for me actually. luckily im wearing a cap or else i would get burnt! zach was anyway hahaha..anyway the queue at the visa and border control office is so long! (as u can see below) we had been standing there for exactly 3 hrs till we got into the office and waited for another 1 hrs!! zach told me that it never happened like this before. i asked some thai ppl what its going on and they said they all came for *the casino* haha thats what i thought. what a typical! so now we knew the reason why the queue was sooooo long.. its a holiday and thai ppl thought its a good idea to come to cambodia for gambling. i still think its impossible for u to win a gambling.

after 3 hrs outside the visa and border office, my feet were about to die. i couldnt stand anymore. well it was so ******* hot and we're all stuck in very crowded group of ppl.. thai and some chinese tour errr i was gonna faint esp when i heard some chinese ppl talking, shuting and complaining about how slow it could be at the visa office.

walking into cambodia (finally!)

the only reason i went there is cos i wanted to be with zach who had to extend his visa. so after we finished the first stop, we went to another visa extended office. i had nothing to do here. just him. as i walked into this cambodia. man its so nut! i mean u should see how poor the country is. i couldnt smell somethng bad from the river.. saw ppl begging for money. the kids kept stalking me shouting "one baht one baht" i couldnt give them any. dont u think im mean but if i gave to them then hundred of them would be chasing after me.

then we're off to another visa office. i didnt know why we had to go so many visa offices..but anyway i was really thristy so i went to buy for some water. oh yeah all cambodians can speak thai. i asked how much a bottle of water was and they said 10baht i said ok. I learned from zach afterwards that it should cost only 2 baht. errr i feel a bit dumb but its ok cos 10 baht is really nothing to me. it was kinda scary when all cambodians came to u and offered u some help. i didnt really like that picture. i feel so pity for them but u know i couldnt do anything really.

ok lets see we got there at 10am.. was standing outside the visa office till 1pm then we had to run doin his visa till 3pm something.. got on the bus back to bkk around 3.45pm. omg its been a long crazy day for me. i got in bkk around 7ish .. was so damn tired. i didnt go out last night which is so unusual for me haha

Im goin out tonight. I may get wet somehow. I dont know. If not, I may try to get myself wet next year hahaaha im glad to hear u all have some good time.
