How do I set my computer to have the ability to transfer between Thai and English like the computers here do? Some computers have an incon on the task-bar that you set to change langauges, others, you simply hit the " ~ " key to transfer between language settings. Do I need to download software and install it on my PC? Is this free somewhere on the net? Or do I need to purchase this somewhere?
