internet in the province

i want some advice,,i can choose between tt and t or tot and recently cat...so i d like to use dsl to download movies in my language or from my country,,,tot and tt and t have 1024 kbs speep,,but i have heard CAT has 2mb... i see that for tt and t the maxnet at home they have limited bandwith for bittorent,,, but second package is 4000 baths for high speed //oh my god,,,what about tot do they have limitation as well?..about CAT??any info is welcome,,ps i m in nakhonsawan not in bangkok
