I dont really know whether every bars/clubs is gonna be closed on new year's eve. what it has been confirmed so far is that there's not gonna be new year count down at World Trade Centre , now known as Central world plaza :roll: Moreover, the official news says that we should be wearing black starting from tomorrow. well well well.. maybe i am wrong i dont know.
