MichaelGray
I'm terribly lazy & if left to my own devices, I will never learn to speak Thai properly. Where's the best Thai language school in BKK then? Somewhere inj the centre please cos I don't wanna travel too far from home. I need a relatively short course to kick off with, 15-25 hours of Thai conversation, preferably 1-2-2 in professional surroundings. Recommendations please. Ta! khun_lung
There are at least a couple of TF'ers that tutor one-on-one at a reasonable cost. PM me for more info if interested.
MichaelGray
^ Thanks but I'd prefer an acredited language school.
condotown
I think it's the best. www.aaathai.com You have to wait for the first week in January for the next sessions to begin.
vacanti373
^ Thanks but I'd prefer an acredited language school. acreditation doesn't mean much. acredited by whom? the ministry of education??? as khun lung said, there are quite a few excellent TF thai tutors. but condotown and piant said wise choices also. good luck! Supaap_Burut
I've studied at Thai Solutions school near Sukhumvit Soi Seven. I have found the teachers to be professional and a lot of fun. I have to have fun while I'm studying and would recommend this school to anyone. It's directly across from the Landmark Hotel in the Nai lert building on level 6. Hope this helps.
Guest dimsum126
Hi, just to share..there are many thai language schools in BBK so it will not be easy choosing the 'best one' cos each has its own unique environment and methods. i have just finished my basic thai (1 month) at a school called Pianmitr (along BTS NANAl, soi 33).The lessons were valuable, the teacher is friendly and the environment is comfortable.ive learnt to converse in basic thai However,i find the schedule pretty tight and lack of, as the school does not have evening classes, as i have to work in the day.in addition, to move on to the enxt module, u have to make a comittment right after u finish on last day of basic, thus i felt was too much of a decision to take.i did not much freinds here to speak thai with but i was coping well with the classes. while important that u attend classes daily, its equally important that u have time to practice after classes. i decided not to continue with module 2 immediately as i felt i needed time to practice at m,y own pace. thus, costs aside, check out if the school has provisions for you to practice after classes. else, you may have to take an entrance interview for your next module. good luck! u may wish to MSN or email me to exchange thai language!:. rgds Stephen
