Gyms in BKK

Hi does anyone know of a good gym in Bangkok for a farang?

I know there are lots of Fitness Firsts around though I would be looking at a casual visit only and I don't think they do that or if they do they probably bend you over on the price.

Also the one in Patpong, California something I think, that sounds OK.

One with Spinning classes would be great.

There's a new gym in On-nut, Sukhumvit 77. Swan Fitness. ( I know that, cause it used to be a pub!) Membership prices seem to be cheap by Bkk standards, but a one-off visit is 200 baht.

Promotions for this month only, 1 month 1700, 3 months 3700, 6 months 5,500, one year about 10,000.

this not including a 1,000 baht membership fee.

If you had the option, you'd run through the streets, but dodging human traffic, angry soi dogs, and jumping over beggars ain't much fun!

Bangkok Fight Club in Serm-Mit Tower at Soi Asok. I have read good comments on this gym.

They might have a Carli fitness there some were BUY a platinum card and you can come and her and use it. A one year card here is around 28 000 THB.

They have few now in suk silom and soon in siam square.
