I am just curious how you are training for a long run (5k and up). In my situation, I am training for distances between 21k and 50miles, but I am not quiet sure, what would make more sense: - train most of the time slow running and long distances - train slow medium distances and one long run a week - train lots of interval training and one long run a week ... any ideas?
