Hey TFers I have been soul searching some the past couple days, sad
at times, happy memories, could I have helped my friend?? Can I help my family?? I think only if they want. I'm around "sometimes anyway" for help.The longer I'm alive the more I realize I don't know ****!! Sometimes I think something and find out later is wrong. Same is true of people I have thought wrongly of careful what you say or think of others. I think it's best to worry about me as another wrote in thier journal tonight
I hate ******* drugs!!! I just found out another person I know OD'd and
died. This **** has hit in my family, friends co-workers...I have seen too
many ruined lives and end to life on 2 people I knew now!!! Sad....
Anyone seeking work in Thailand 6+ years accounting Degreed all the usual B.S. look in halliburton website or ask me...

Well I was out earlier tonight with some friends, one of whom I have talked to been with before but only in groups.I asked her out for a date
and she had the nerve to suggest I only wanted sex...........
typical mistake for women, if I'm gonna give up all that energy in sex I
want the sex,dinner and probably breakfast too :~
Today I'm thinking this is last year for 30s, 39 today. I think I have been
fortunate to have been as many places and experienced so much in only
this many years. I wonder what the rest of life has in store??
My 5 y/o daughter says happy b-day daddy and my heart flutters. My
only love that has lasted "blondie" hate the thought of all the poor young men I'll be forced to exterminate later....lol

I've been on this site now for a few weeks, not really my thing normally.
Upon introducing myself got post and msg from quite a few guys/girls y'all been very decent people here, answering questions and laughing at my jokes.Even the girls don't get mad if I flirt with them "and they young enough to be daughter" (I'll adopt you later).

There has been periods of "good" in my life, there have been periods of "bad" in my life. I rolled with the punches found some joy, cried sometimes laughed others.it's hard to seperate sometimes emotions as life goes by. Now I see it's not what is happening in life that matters but more how I choose to see it. Today I look for the positive in every situation and it's always there!!

Hi TF friends, no big hurry as I won't be traveling till late summer but hoping to learn some Thai before arrival. I see the forum posting site but see no help as I can't "hear" how to correctly pronounce.
I see also a cd/mp3/taped series by several company's of which Pimsleur seems highest rated. Has anyone used this ?? or any other suggestions?? I have no delusions of being fluent just want to get by....
