I arrived in Thailand for the first time October of 2008. The first week here my date drives us to this restaurant. Somewhere I think 10-15min drive from On Nut. Maybe someone reading recognizes the place, had lots of trees there inside, and cars were left in neutral for the "valets" to move your car as they were double parked.
