I was wondered around in koh chang, and stopped off at this refreshing stream, hidden in a rubber plantation... no entery fees (200 bat for a tourist to visit a waterfall area) THe water was so much cooler then the warm sea.. refreshing I took a walk :
On a boat trip from koh chang. This was one of the stop-over places on the way back from a 4 island trip.

Great also to be able to JUmp onto a automatic -motorcycle and do some exploring around from Ao Nang beach.
If you are lucky with the weather in low season, there is always a great place to stay.

One morning I was in koh Chang, The next in AoNang Krabi.
I had hoped to jump off the flight in bkk and down to ?Sai Dai? (south bus-station) before the 24seater bus goes to krabi. Things don?t work as planned.
In Bangkok Airport,
I was too lazy (but partly by fear of being misunderstood and ending up in some strange suburb) to walk across to the road from the domestic airport area to the main road? where there is no lineup for a taxi. (Thousands of them rushing by
What great weather!! for this time of year, for this week.
scattered clouds with blue patches, then the night rains... so nice.
I guess i'm just lucky... ONe person says it's been rainning a lot in the last few weeks... Anyway i hope this good weather keeps up.
Krabi would have been a great place to be.. though with the experence of a dear friend a few days ago, better not to go.
No way i wanted to die in a longtail boat on a 4 island trip.
Koh chang has a good feel even in low season :-)

One of the best things i really liked about Koh lanta in the south of thailand was the sunset. I thought to share those pictures below.
It was a long trip in low season to get to koh lanta and to travel to Paradise resort on the Island.
There was a nice long beach for walks in quiet seclusion( easy to find solitude or to hangout with your loved one ),

Its a pretty quiet place, especially in low season. It has some great sunsets there.
It's one of those days when it's best to be laying around the pool! So hot here today in sydney!!
I cant wait for hoildays...! just a few more weeks to wait to be hanging around the sea and a pool :-)
Where is the best pool in bkk?.... For me it will be the one 10 steps away from my hotel room i hope ;-)
