Last week I went see my dentist check up my teeth condition and the retentors ( ÅÇ´¤Ãú¿Ñ¹ ) . The dentist ?prescribe? me that I need to  practice how to swallow to avoid my tongue pull the front teeth which could caused my front teeth out of track. Â

I was one who have joined TF blasting party last saturday night ( Anisa's bd party ). ..Wake up in early morning on week day is really difficult for me, dont know why . Ok, right i sleep late on weekend but i can get up early (before 6.00 am) easily if i going to temple for feed monks or other Tam bun which i practise regularly.Recently, rain get it worse :-( i find it MORE difficult to leave my bed in the morning, last Monday I got up at 8.00 pm.
