My birthday will be coming up at the end of this month and along with that comes the expiration of my drivers licence. The State of Rhode Island sent me some forms to fill to renew without having to show my ugly mug. Anyway, I got my eyes tested at a local hospital, and the Thai doctor was gracious enough to fill in the results on the card. Now I have this other form to fill out which needs to be signed by a Notary Public. Needless to say, no one I've spoken to so far has any idea what a Notary Public is, let alone where I could find one. Is there a Notary Public in Thailand?? Your help will be greatly appreciated.

There are lots. Go to the places that have visa signs, marriage licence's , translations etc. the places that do about a 1000 things for " Aliens", you will see lots of them in parts of Sukhomvit Rd, in Witthayu ( Wireless) Rd or any lawyers office will do for you.
