Austrian Airlines - Thx for rewarding my loyalty
Dont big companies just suck these days.
The concept of customer care, wanting customer loyalty seems to have been replaced by "Take it or leave it", because another customer will soon fill your place and we dont need you.
I mistakenly booked my flight to Bkk one day later than i wanted, there is a knock on effect from this.
This is the 5th Bkk flight, all with Austrian and all had been on a thursday night, so they can see a trend.
When I saw my stupid mistake (Frday flight) i contacted them.
No flexibility, no middle ground, Good Bye
Message is very clear NOT INTERESTED, just have too rebook.
I am more than happy to pay a transfer fee, but not the whole flight.
Over 150,000 air miles wih them and thats what u get.
If this wins most boring journal of the year, sorry just soooo pissed off and i know someone will be daft enough to read it
