Just had a delivery of Thai food sent by a UK company specialising in Thai food (imported from Thailand) and it was delicious, the taste reminds me of the land of smiles

Yeah, I also get that -- I either get the sweet basil paste to make pad gaprau gai, or I get the laap nam tok spice packages. No sooner had I received the package, than I found a fantastic new Thai restaurant near Narita airport that does both far better than I do!! But still, it's nice to have a spicy lunch at home now and again. So I know where you're coming from!
