what browser do you use ? IE or firefox (or something else). I guess you are blocking popup windows... Normally if you click on the html button a new window should pop up. If not, then you need to check your browser settings to see if that is not blocked. I've send you a PM about this, please check, I'm also in TF chat room now if you have questions.
