Oh what a night
Last night I went for a quick drink with a couple of friends at my bar to talk about an event we put on once a year (it's called Camberwell arts week, we put on bands and all sorts of artists show or perform there workout side live) . Well before I know it I have had a few drinks and am in the party mood but my bar is closing and I don't fancy having a lock in with my staff as it's my day off, but then my door men ask me if I want to join them going to an african bar thats open late. This place is an African only bar and I had a little trouble getting in at first but my doormen new the owner and smoothed it over for me to come in. Woah what a place it was fantastic, ended up dancing with some of the most lovely girls I have met in a long time to a mix of R&B fused with african jazz and funk till about 4am.I realised I had better shoot off cos I would have to get up for work for the next day but was so hungry I stopped off for a kebab next to the bus stop that takes me home. In the shop I got speaking to a taxi driver who said that he new me from my bar was going my way home, I ended up getting dropped to my door for no money (it's usually about £10 and I was amazed taxi drivers are usually busy ripping you off not doing you favors) I woke up with the kebab next to my face uneaten at about 10 am this morning.
Now my head hurts but I think for once it was worth it.
