Scary Monday!

I almost got eaten by a woman whom is working for a company that is one of a very long term client of my team. All I did was rejected check issued by this company payable to its subsidiary because there is not enough fund in its account.  Soon enough she called my kinda boss about this then I had to ring back so I ended up being scolded over the phone for 20 minutes. She said that in the past ten years no any check issued by her company ever been rejected. This effect her company's credit even it was payable to a subsidiary. Before hang up the line she told me to not reject any check of her company ever again and if anything wrong I can ring her directly instead of her staff. You know what? I was scared!! (A bit complicated to describe all but no one completely wrong in this case, anyway we know that the Customer is always right even they are not.)

No company has the right to demand that you pay ALL checks forever on...it will depend on how they follow the correct procedures and make the correct payments and fees etc.

What a *****! Anyway, if it is not your fault, she cannot command anything...nor can she demand that you do this or that.
