There is an advert placed daily in the back of the Nation paper advertising cheap flights from Bkk including return to Heathrow for 20,500 baht plus taxes.I gave them a call this morning asking if there was any availibilty for a ticket in june, "no sold out"July "no sold out"August, September, October "no sold out"When is next seat available at that price "cant tell you sir" Are there any laws in Thailand regarding misleading advertisement, false information, or whatever you call it Just curious

I'm hearing Alex on this one. You're old enough and ugly enough to know that if something seems too good to be true, it's usually piffle. Look at myself for example. The girls assume cos i'm so handsome and suave that i'm a bad bloke. But once they know the real 'Liam', they realise handsome men can be great blokes. I don't know. Maybe i'm an exception to the rule.

Its a good offer, but not quite in the "if it sounds to good......................" league

Expedia is only about 70 quid more and fully reliable, what u see is what u get.

rkidlad - i assume modesty is your strength.

The tactic is callled "Bait and switch"....Very well known by any slaesman, or cop

Very common, and used for decades.

It is a difficult thing to prove....but if they pull that crap on you, you could try reporting them to the better business beaurea ( I can't spell it)

at minimum, don't ever use their services again
