Tuesday I had the job interview. I am not very good at those. Always screw up, because I am not good at presenting myself.. When I get questions like: 'Why do we need you in our staff',... I just block.. I think I don't like to show off to people I don't know.. I am rather more like a man of action than just plain words. When I feel no pressure and feel at ease, it's no problem to show myself... however when I don't know you, or don't trust you, I'll keep quite. Anyway... I think the job interview didn't go well. On my way home I thought of all things I should have said....lol ... I suppose I think too much... I believe I always know what they want to hear and I don't want to feign and don't want to just say common pleasing words. If I have a slightly different opinion about a subject I'll tend to be open about it even in an important interview. Still I also think I am a rather good teacher. It's not a lack of confidence, it's just the stupid interviews and auditions that I am not good at. Presentations and to talk in front of large groups is no problem... Then I just prepare myself very well... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ They were in doubt - I knew it - hahaha .....errrrr..... (oh no!)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Before I went to the interview my current principal asked me to ask the commission to call her. She said she had come to know me a bit and she was afraid that they would judge me wrong. She said she had been very pleased to see me at work and she said she was extremely pleased by seeing a lot of hidden talents... while I was at work. I should tell them all these things by forehand she said. There's nothing wrong with that. hahaha... Yeah.. I know, but I always fail to do so. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- They called her and they called an other refference of me. The latter person is head of the office which arranges all substitutions for ill teachers in town. He is a best friend of a best friend. Because both were so extremely positive about me, and because they said they would be stupid if they wouldn't give me the job...........: I got it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I jumped high up in the air!
