By any possibility, some of you in here could know any of information of space for rent. I’m looking for studio for rent, esp. for photography studio (proper)

Could be any commercial building, loft, or shop houses wt large space. Sizes require approximately 100sqm up. High ceiling is a must, electricity /water supplies, plus wt the rest room and secure.

Place must be easy access, tubes, sky train or bus. Somewhere is not to hustle to get in and out. Rental rate offer from 10-30K/mth (in according to an above requirement)

outoforder = I used to find one, same building where I live. And price is possible .Now, I?m moving away so need to keep my eyes open for new space - beside the one I own is to narrow but good size still. There are for sure just needs to keep looking and asking... But today I have got one mail and very useful very positive from member here.

i obviously know whose that ONE mail was. its a few while before sky train reaches vongvien tho.

theres a new set of high ceiling space beautifully done on langsuan.... unico house i think. the last time someone checked the price it was 200,000/m rent.now they've split that big space into a few units... it might be around 40,000.doesnt look like its 100 sqm tho. not sure at all.
